We advise on all aspects of event management, providing support to event organisers and working with venue owners to develop and market sites and facilities. We produce site management plans, risk assessments, event management plans and emergency plans.
Our extensive experience has included outdoor festivals, country fairs, village fetes, family fun days, conferences, exhibitions, dinners, AGMs and trade shows. We have managed events for audience sizes from 25 to 12,500 and advised on events with capacities up to 30,000. We have worked with venues as diverse as historic houses, public parks, hotels, exhibition centres, fields and theatres. We have a really good understanding of the challenges of managing events within historic sites and of working with multiple stakeholders. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and also provide coaching and mentoring for clients seeking to develop events within their own businesses.
